I am sorry that I cannot sign that petition..
The right to smoke or not to smoke is not the business of the federal government. They should confine themselver (IMHO) to those matters afforded them by the US Constitution... I can't find anything in that document that relates to my right to smoke. This really is a local issue, state issue at most

As much as I agree with the idea of the petition, we have given far too much authority to the feds as it is and I am opposed to giving them more
