First review from me on any site, might be some writing problems on it, but oh well.

So today was the day. I had won a contest on CP the other day and got the package today. I already had one WOAM and decided to give it to my dad so we could both enjoy this beautiful work of art:D

Prelight draw was awesome, kind of a sweet hay taste to it. As with all Hemingways I ever smoke, lit it with a match. Lighting it got me a chocolate/peppery taste that was amazing that held pretty much til the middle of the cigar. Hit a oil patch that left the only bad note of the cigar for a puff or two, then it changed yet again. This time it had a light leather note with the pepper ever stronger this time. Burned even the whole time. The aroma that came off of it was pretty much the sweet taste through my nose instead.

The maduro wrapper does indeed completely change this smoke. It has a constant sweet smooth taste with all of the flavors as above.

Nubbed the thing because the flavor never let up. If I only I had something to hold it so I could have smoked it some more, I would have. When my fingers were beginning to complain of the heat and my lips were as well, I had to let it burn out and live out the rest of it's life, a glorious one.

Whenever I see these again, I hope I have the money. I would simply buy the whole box, maybe even two, and smoke them on special occasions or days that simply need a great cigar.

WOAMs are excellent! One of my favorite Fuentes. If you like these then definitely give the Ashton VSG Enchantment a chance.

I concur on both counts, Calvin. Nice review of a stick I have smoked a few times and if I could be adopted by any family it would be the Fuentes.

I have a stogienubber myself and it is hands down worth every cent because when you love to nub a good cigar the last 5 minutes are the best.

I've heard too many good things about this cigar not to try one.

Been wanting to try one of these, but never seem to be able to find one. Tampa Sweethearts have been out every time I look. Oh well... I always manage to knock items off the ole wish list eventually. :D

Nice review btw!

I enjoy the Hemingway line and the WOAM is my fav from the line. In the past I would always try to keep a small stock of them.
